On behalf of the Oji River Leprosy Settlement in Enugu State, Nigeria, we are deeply thankful for your lasting impact.

Our first funding started back in September,2025.  The funding goes to these farmers supporting them with farm clearing, sterm buying and planting cassava plants.

Joseph who is 65, has been affected with Leprosy in 1995 and living in our settlement since 1999. 

This is Elizabeth who is 49, has been affecte d with Leprosy in 1995 and living in our settlement since 2012.

Abigail who is 65, has been affected with Leprosy in 1990 and living in our settlement since 1992. In the second picture, she was applying pesticide at her farm.

This is Nkechukwu who is 52, has been affected with Leprosy in 1988 and living in our settlement since then. 

Cyprian who is 70, has been affected with Leprosy in 1995 and living in our settlement since 1996. 

Romanus also recieved a one off funding to help farm clearing.

Our second funding happened in October,2025.  The funding goes to these farmers supporting them for weeping and crop care.

Mrs Abigail Nwankwo’s daughter sadly passed away, so we were unable to take pictures of her farming progress. The funds will be given on her return.

Our final funding happened in May,2026.  The funds goes to these farmers supporting them with farming activities and harvesting.
